Training and Mentoring

We help you develop your engagement skills. It sounds simple, but research has shown that the skills needed to undertake effective community engagement are skills not necessarily possessed by designers, architects, planners or council officers.

We help you improve your consultation skills then provide support as you embed practical engagement techniques into your company strategy, divisional plans or everyday business.

Group Training

We provide training for groups of 6 to 25 people. This is delivered in-house or at a specialist venue.

1-2-1 Training

We provide 1-2-1 Senior Management mentoring throughout community and stakeholder engagement processes.
